Man killed, wife injured in cycle wreck

A Huntsville man died in a motorcycle wreck that injured his wife.
Roger L. Vonhatten, 61, was northbound on Arkansas 23, some three miles south of Huntsville, about 4: 20 p. m. Thursday when he failed to negotiate a curve and rode off an embankment on the west side of the road, the Arkansas State Police reported.
His wife, Vivian P. Vonhatten, 54, was a passenger on the 1976 Harley-Davidson.
Vivian Vonhatten was listed in fair condition Friday at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
