To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts.

Police call information is reported for the 24 hours ending at 6 a.m. Wednesday. Only felony arrests are reported.

All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Washington County Circuit Court JUDGE RAY REYNOLDS Oct. 1 ARRAIGNMENTS Madison O. Blanchard, 24, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of Oxy-Contin and possession of drug paraphernalia. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Alexander Candelaria-Kuilan, 36, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree battery. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 10, 000 bond. James H. Harvey, 54, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Marcos A. Hernandez-Pena, 41, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Melvin M. Landeverde, 25, pleaded innocent to a charge of terroristic threatening. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was held in lieu of $ 5, 000 bond.

Miguel Nava-Bustamante, 21, pleaded innocent to a charge of aggravated assault. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Ashley N. Provence, 24, pleaded innocent to a charge of furnishing prohibited articles. A trial was set for Dec. 5. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Ruben E. Ramirez-Sanchez, 29, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was held without bond. Richard W. Robinson, 69, pleaded innocent to charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hydrocodone, possession of oxycodone and terroristic threatening. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was released on $ 50, 000 bond. Bobby Watkins, 38, pleaded innocent to charges of a terroristic act, theft by receiving and possession of a prohibited firearm. A trial was set for Dec. 5. He was held in lieu of $ 35, 000 bond. REVOCATIONS Ruben Bernadac, 25, contested the revocation of his probation on original charges of third-degree domestic battery and second-degree forgery. A hearing was set for Oct. 28. He was held without bond. Ramiro Fierros, 29, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of second-degree forgery. A hearing was set for Oct. 28. He was held without bond. JUDGE WILLIAM STOREY Oct. 1 PLEAS Robert J. Kramer, 28, pleaded guilty to a charge of residential burglary. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with five years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 20 in court costs. Jere K. Blackburn, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He received a seven-year suspended sentence. He received credit for time served.

REVOCATIONS Ruby L. Wells, 24, admitted violating her probation on original charges of breaking or entering and theft of property. She was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. She was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 20 in court costs. She received 19 days ’ jail credit. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Sept. 30 Hipolito Aldaco-Vargas, 35, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. Robert Stewart, 19, was arrested on charges of furnishing a handgun or prohibited weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Charles Eldridge, 37, was arrested on charges of residential burglary and theft of property. Jackie Pillow, 28, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Erin Payne, 27, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Tommy Stanley, 36, was arrested on charges of accomplice to possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing. Andrew Ramalho, 30, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Demarco Wilson, 28, was arrested on a charge of theft of property. POLICE CALLS Sept. 30 3: 29 p.m. A caller at 20096 Fawn Road, Springdale, reported someone dumping brush, newspaper and trash on their property. Fayetteville Police Department ARRESTS Sept. 30 Zachary Salley, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. James Salley, 43, was arrested on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Alexis Chairs, 25, was arrested on a charge of two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Jason Shireman, 42, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.

Oct. 1 Cory Steward, 25, was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and parole violation. POLICE CALLS Sept. 30 9: 17 a.m. A man at 1225 S. School Ave. reported a vehicle stolen.

9: 48 a.m. A woman at 4044 N. Frontage Road reported food stamps stolen.

10: 27 a.m. A man at 1274 N. Colorado Drive reported a carpet cleaning machine stolen.

10: 50 a.m. A caller at 6635 W. Wedington Drive reported a lawnmower stolen.

11: 05 a.m. A man at 3919 N. Mall Ave. reported copper and copper wire stolen from a construction area.

12: 10 p.m. A caller at 1001 W. Stone St. reported a woman acting crazy.

1: 15 p.m. A caller at 1001 W. Stone St. reported a female student bit a male student.

4: 23 p.m. A woman on North College Avenue at East Baxter Lane reported a vehicle drove up on the sidewalk and tried to run over demonstrators.

6: 24 p.m. A caller at 829 N. Betty Jo Drive reported a theft.

7: 15 p.m. A woman on East Stearns Street reported her ex-husband harassing her and threatening to take their children away because she is dating someone.

7: 24 p.m. A woman on South Cherry Lane reported a front door kicked in by her father’s ex-girlfriend.

7: 30 p.m. A man at 1851 W. Deane St. reported his son’s bicycle stolen.

8: 09 p.m. A man at 2341 N. College Ave. reported a man ran out of the store without paying for cigarettes and an energy drink. 9: 29 p.m. A woman on West Sixth Street reported receiving harassing phone calls from her husband’s family. 10: 57 p.m. A man at 625 N. Fox Meadows Lane reported graffiti on a front door and words scratched into the door.

Oct. 1 1: 19 a.m. A caller on South Erika Avenue reported a man beating a woman and she was bleeding. 12: 57 a.m. A woman on East Lafayette Street reported gasoline stolen. Springdale Police Department POLICE CALLS Sept. 30 10: 37 a.m. A woman at 2674 Lenox Court reported a break-in. 11: 14 a.m. A caller at Helen Tyson Middle School, 3304 S. 40 th St., reported an assault.

11: 27 a.m. A man at Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, 480 N. 40 th St., reported a trailer stolen.

12: 24 p.m. A woman on Ladawn Avenue reported a man took her by the neck and dragged her.

12: 31 p.m. A man on Klenc Road reported sex offenses.

1: 18 p.m. A caller at 2793 Yorkshire Circle reported a theft.

3: 17 p.m. A man on Zachary Street reported his neighbor taking his mail.

5: 57 p.m. A woman on South 40 th Street reported her boyfriend hit her in the face.

7: 37 p.m. A caller at Har-Ber High School, 300 Jones Road, reported a break-in. 8: 30 p.m. A woman on South Cleveland Street reported a man followed her home and showed up at her bus stop several times during the week. 9: 56 p.m. A caller on Napa Valley Lane reported four men trying to make a man come out of his apartment, and one man had a knife and another man had a stick. 10: 06 p.m. A woman on South Thompson Street reported a man attacked his roommate.

Oct. 1 1: 57 a.m. A caller at Ocean Construction, 450 Village Lane, reported a theft of services. Benton County Circuit Court JUDGE DAVID CLINGER Oct. 1 PLEAS Jose M. Barajas, 51, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree forgery. He was sentenced to three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 500 in county restitution, a $ 450 public defender fee, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received credit for time served. Oscar Campos, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree forgery. He was sentenced to three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 500 in county restitution, a $ 450 public defender fee, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received credit for time served. Stacey L. Leffingwell, 37, pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and failure to appear. She was sentenced to 25 years in the Department of Correction with 10 years suspended. She was ordered to pay $ 21, 399. 82 in victim restitution, a $ 1, 000 fine, a $ 450 public defender fee and $ 170 in court costs.

SENTENCINGS Kelton E. Bond, 24, was found guilty of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 102 years in the Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 170 in court costs and a $ 125 drug crime fee. Benton County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Sept. 30 Greg W. Bumstead, 42, was arrested on a charge of parole violation. Travis J. Fredrickson, 36, was arrested on a charge of rape. Christopher W. Graham, 28, was arrested on a charge of parole violation. Wesley H. Keith, 20, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Alfredo A. Reyes-Hurtado, 23, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Ellen R. Shadley, 30, was arrested on charges of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, terroristic act and four counts of aggravated assault.

Paulk, 40, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. POLICE CALLS Sept. 30 1: 07 p.m. A woman at 707 Windsor Lane reported her daughter out of control. 2: 04 p.m. A woman at 211 Regency Court reported graffiti in her driveway. 2: 19 p.m. A man on Southeast Moberly Manor Drive reported a man is going to kill him because he owes him money. 4 p.m. A woman at 600 N. E. Berry Place reported a possible scam. 4: 04 p.m. A woman at Bentonville Plaza, 609 S. W. Eighth St., reported identity theft. 4: 07 p.m. A woman at Southwest D and Southwest Fifth streets reported a woman yelling at a man in a vehicle. 5: 28 p.m. A woman at 603 S. E. C St. reported someone violating a protection order. 7: 22 p.m. A woman at 1301 E. Central Ave. reported a youth kicked her vehicle. 8: 10 p.m. A caller at 1305 Benton St. reported a fight. 8: 36 p.m. A man at 908 Rachel Ave. reported a woman asking people for a place to stay.

Oct. 1 3: 06 a.m. A woman at 1001 S. E. 10 th St. reported she gave her brother her credit card so he could pick up her medication and he never returned. Rogers Police Department POLICE CALLS Sept. 30 8: 45 a.m. A man at Auto Service Center, 104 W. Cherry St., reported a window shot with a BB gun.

10: 18 a.m. A male at 1203 W. Bishop Drive reported he was play-fighting with an adult acquaintance when they started assaulting him.

12: 31 p.m. A caller at 104 E. New Hope Road reported graffiti.

12: 55 p.m. A man at 6310 S. 36 th St. reported identity theft.

2: 18 p.m. A caller with Subway, 405 S. Eighth St., reported receiving a counterfeit $ 100 bill.

2: 56 p.m. A caller at Debbie’s Family Pharmacy, 5403 Pinnacle Pointe Drive, reported a man trying to use a forged prescription.

3: 23 p.m. A caller with the water department reported water being stolen at 1004 S. First St.

3: 59 p.m. A caller at Embassy Suites, 5417 Pinnacle Pointe Drive reported identity theft.

5: 43 p.m. A caller at 701 N. 24 th St. reported two vehicles broken into and their stereos stolen.

7: 21 p.m. A caller at 104 N. 11 th St. reported a fight.

10: 01 p.m. A woman on South Seventh Street reported a man with a gun tried to rob her of medication.

10: 24 p.m. A caller at Hong Son Grocery Store, 702 W. Cypress St., reported credit and debit cards stolen.
