To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts.

Police call information is reported for the 48 hours ending at 6 a.m. Monday. Only felony arrests are reported.

All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Washington County Circuit Court JUDGE RAY REYNOLDS Oct. 6 ARRAIGNMENTS Randell E. Balluck, 54, pleaded innocent to a charge of aggravated assault. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 7, 500 bond. Jacob E. Barnes, 28, pleaded innocent to charges of residential burglary, possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. Lomi J. Botta, 22, pleaded innocent to charges of accomplice to commercial burglary and commercial burglary. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Joseph D. Coker, 22, pleaded innocent to charges of residential burglary, possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was held without bond.

Jerry L. Ford, 40, pleaded innocent to two counts of aggravated assault. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Sharon K. Gilmore, 56, pleaded innocent to a charge of accomplice to possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Trial was set for Dec. 10. She was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Walter L. Green, 27, pleaded innocent to a charge of delivery of crack cocaine. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Deepak Nanda, 18, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to appear. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Jonathon J. L. Rowe, 18, pleaded innocent to one count of rape and two counts of second-degree sexual assault. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was held in lieu of $ 50, 000 bond.

Mark K. Simon, 39, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was held without bond.

Michael S. Smith, 39, pleaded innocent to a charge of accomplice to possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was held without bond. Eric D. Toldson, 31, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Arlyn A. Vaughn, 30, pleaded innocent to two counts of theft by receiving. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was held in lieu of $ 3, 500 bond. Leothus E. Watson, 38, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of marijuana, subsequent offense. Trial was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

REVOCATIONS Douglas A. Price, 41, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of theft by deception. Hearing was set for Dec. 10. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Harry L. Shaw, 45, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Hearing was set for Dec. 18. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond. JUDGE WILLIAM STOREY Oct. 6 PLEAS Elias A. Cabrera, 33, pleaded guilty to a charge of knowingly furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was sentenced to 30 days ’ community service and three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 150 in court costs. He received two days ’ jail credit. Ana L. Carranza, 39, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree domestic battery, second offense. She was sentenced to one day in the Washington County jail with time served and three years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 150 in court costs.

Juan H. Gonzalez, 21, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 93 days in the Washington County jail with time served and four years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 500 fine, $ 300 in court costs, a $ 250 DNA fee, a $ 150 public defender fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee.

Jose G. Gutierrez-Olivera, 20, pleaded guilty to two counts of kidnapping, one count of residential burglary and one count of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 50 years in the Department of Correction with 25 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee. He received 143 days ’ jail credit.

Andres Rodriguez-Barbosa, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree forgery. He was sentenced to 101 days in the Washington County jail with time served and three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee.

Luis D. Tovar-Martinez, 39, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with five years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee. He received 93 days ’ jail credit. Gumaro M. Vazquez, 40, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree domestic battery. He was sentenced to 95 days in the Washington County jail with time served and three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Oct. 4 Joe Blanchard, 41, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension. Jennifer Rhodes, 30, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Odell Rhodes, 39, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and aggravated assault.

Oct. 5 Mark Cox, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation or suspended sentence.

Oct. 6 Jared Whittington, 28, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of hindering apprehension. POLICE CALLS Oct. 4 11: 24 a.m. A man at 19443 Nob Hill Road in Springdale reported a man threatened to kill him twice. 12: 24 p.m. A man at 1908 Arkansas 74 in Elkins reported a trailer stolen.

Oct. 5 10: 14 a.m. A man at 15492 Stage Coach Road in Prairie Grove reported a deer decoy stolen from his yard. 11: 24 a.m. A man at 19403 Latta Road in Cane Hill reported a theft. Fayetteville Police Department ARRESTS Oct. 4 Tonya Thomas, 42, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Oct. 5 Anthony Vinson, 20, was arrested on a charge of second-degree battery. POLICE CALLS Oct. 4 8: 23 a.m. A woman on South Garland Avenue reported her former boyfriend kicked and pushed her. 10: 16 a.m. A man at 136 W. Lafayette St. reported his truck had been broken into. 12: 03 p.m. A woman on North 51 st Avenue reported her children’s father pushed her. 2: 17 p.m. A man at 1240 N. Lewis Ave. reported his home burglarized and a laptop and iPod stolen. 5: 38 p.m. A man at 2312 W. Maine St. reported fighting with another man. 6: 48 p.m. A man at ©8 N. Tall Oaks Drive reported his car windows broken out. 10: 08 a.m. A man at 2301 E. Meandering Way reported graffiti on cars. 10: 38 a.m. A caller at El Sol, 2630 E. Citizens Drive, reported graffiti on the building. 10: 49 a.m. A woman at 1733 W. Preservation Drive reported a theft. 11: 07 a.m. A caller at 3610 W. Wedington Drive reported cement blocks stolen from a construction site. 1: 23 p.m. A man on Village Lake Drive reported being assaulted by two men. 7: 34 p.m. A man at 350 S. Combs Ave. reported his wallet stolen from his car. 8: 29 p.m. A man at North Boxley Avenue and West Franciscan Trail reported two men fighting with sticks. 10: 12 p.m. A caller at 4694 W. Dover St. reported a burglary.

Oct. 6 12: 08 a.m. A man on North Court Street reported three people threatened to kill him. Springdale Police Department ARRESTS Oct. 5 John Garrett, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation or suspended sentence. POLICE CALLS Oct. 4 10: 27 a.m. A man at 1503 Ladawn Ave. reported a burglary. 6: 25 p.m. A man at 500 Fairway Circle reported a burglary. 6: 26 p.m. A man at 1913 Sisco Ave. reported graffiti on his fence.

Oct. 5 3: 11 a.m. A woman on Norfolk Avenue reported her husband broke a window in her home during an argument. 6: 30 a.m. A caller at Northwest Medical Center, 609 Maple Ave., reported medications stolen from a crash cart. 9: 46 a.m. A caller at 1705 Lowell Road reported a car broken into. 9: 56 a.m. A woman at 1705 Lowell Road reported a burglary. 2: 25 p.m. A woman at 1709 Johnson Road reported the tires on her daughter’s car slashed. 5: 37 p.m. A caller at Murphy Park, 1100 Rebecca Lane, reported two men fighting. 6: 25 p.m. A caller at 1810 Shelby Drive reported a theft. Benton County Circuit Court JUDGE TOM KEITH Oct. 6 ARRAIGNMENTS Kelby L. Alvarez, 18, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft by receiving. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Ana R. Barrientos, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. Hearing was set for Nov. 13. She was released on her own recognizance.

Monica Bautista-Zavala, 31, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree forgery. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. She was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

James C. Berg, 33, pleaded innocent to a charge of driving while intoxicated, fourth offense. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was held in lieu of $ 5, 000 bond.

James Changeri, 52, pleaded innocent to a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Dori L. Cockrell, 36, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. She was released on $ 3, 500 bond.

Daniel R. Collette, 20, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft by receiving. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Mary C. Franke, 28, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, second offense. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. She was released on $ 7, 500 bond.

Todd W. Hall, 35, pleaded innocent to a charge of nonsupport. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on his own recognizance.

Terry E. Hayes, 40, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. Hearing was set for Nov. 13. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Ricardo Jimenez-Delgado, 22, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Timothy A. Kramer, 45, pleaded innocent to a charge of driving while intoxicated, fifth or subsequent offense. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. No release information was available.

Ana D. Miranda, 23, pleaded innocent to charges of first-degree forgery and theft of property. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. She was released on $ 5, 000 bond.

Daniel A. Pautlitz, 20, pleaded innocent to three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Hearing was set for Dec. 11. He was released on $ 25, 000 bond.

Jeremy A. Prime, 37, pleaded innocent to a charge of nonsupport. Hearing was set for Nov. 13. He was released on his own recognizance.

Dylan A. Quinalty, 19, pleaded innocent to a charge of delivery of a counterfeit substance. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on his own recognizance. Gloribel Y. Tovar, 20, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. She was released on her own recognizance. Bobby R. Watkins, 38, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of a firearm by certain persons. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was released on $ 75, 000 bond. Robert L. Willman, 30, pleaded innocent to a charge of nonsupport. Hearing was set for Dec. 1. He was held in lieu of $ 3, 500 bond.

REVOCATIONS Joseph A. Beattie, 47, admitted violating his probation on original charges of breaking or entering and theft of property. His probation was extended five years. He was ordered to pay his $ 6, 115 balance. Aaron N. Jones, 23, admitted violating his probation on original charges of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and two counts of failure to appear. He was sentenced to a year in a regional punishment facility, and his probation was extended two years. He was ordered to pay his $ 12, 460 balance. Benton County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Oct. 4 Michael W. Watson, 26, was arrested on a charge of parole violation.

Oct. 5 Christopher J. Fair, 29, was arrested on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Clifford J. Kelley, 21, was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. POLICE CALLS Oct. 3 10: 45 a.m. A woman at 13691 N. Arkansas 279, Hiwasse, reported someone using her debit card number. 1: 54 p.m. A man at 17040 Robinson Road, Siloam Springs, reported a check stolen. 3: 26 p.m. A woman at 14419 Sunset Drive, Rogers, reported her daughter screaming at her. 7: 24 p.m. A man at ™51 Butler Road, Siloam Springs, reported a burglary. 11: 38 p.m. A man at 11910 Mill Dam Road, Bentonville, reported a female acquaintance refusing to leave.

Oct. 4 1: 29 p.m. A woman at 14055 Wolf Drive, Rogers, reported a burglary. 6: 55 p.m. A man at 209 Lacy Lane, Siloam Springs, reported an air conditioning unit stolen from his carport. 7: 53 p.m. A man at 3615 Arkansas 112, Bentonville, reported two four-wheelers stolen.

Oct. 5 9: 25 p.m. A woman at 4 Brewer Circle, Bentonville, reported her neighbor arguing with her. 11: 51 p.m. A woman on Turkey Road in Siloam Springs reported her mother was beaten up by her boyfriend. Medical Center Parkway, reported a man causing problems. 8: 52 a.m. A caller on Southeast C Street reported a youth said he beat someone up with a baton. 8: 54 a.m. A man at Sears, 2910 S. Walton Blvd., reported his vehicle broken into.

10: 30 a.m. A man at 3110 S. W. Camden Drive reported his wife signed up as a mystery shopper and received three travelers checks from Nigeria.

12: 14 p.m. A man at 1103 N. E. Buckingham Blvd. reported his vehicle broken into and his garage door opener stolen.

12: 25 p.m. A man at 3908 S. W. Cherry Road reported a trailer stolen.

4: 11 p.m. A caller on Northwest J Street reported being assaulted.

5: 52 p.m. A woman on Southwest Diamond Drive reported a woman calling her and accusing her of being tied to a murder.

9: 12 p.m. A man on the Bentonville Square, 102 E. Central Ave., reported a youth knocked a granite cannon ball into the fountain.

10: 31 p.m. A woman with Comfort Suites, 2011 S. E. Walton Blvd., reported people vandalizing property and refusing to leave.

Oct. 5 12: 44 a.m. A woman at 1808 S. W. D St. reported someone at her door. 3: 08 a.m. A woman at 228 N. W. J St. reported a youth cut off his electronic monitoring device and stole his mother’s vehicle. 3: 14 a.m. A woman at 301 Rose Garden Lane reported $ 100 stolen from her purse. 8: 05 a.m. A caller at 2801 S. Rogers Police Department ARRESTS Oct. 4 Myrtle M. Walter, 75, was arrested on a charge of capital murder.

Oct. 5 Jason A. Fridline, 27, was arrested on charges of commercial burglary and firstdegree criminal mischief. POLICE CALLS Oct. 4 10: 30 p.m. A caller with Castle Rental and Pawn, 1231 W. Walnut St., reported a burglary. 10: 59 p.m. A woman at South 23 rd and West Oak streets reported a man beating another man and kicking out vehicle windows.

Oct. 5 10: 04 a.m. A caller at 818 E. Kara Lane reported a bicycle stolen. 11: 39 a.m. A man on South 23 rd Street reported a man threatened to kill his 17-year-old daughter. 4: 46 p.m. A caller on South N Street reported a man hitting a woman. 7: 42 p.m. A woman at Payless Shoe Source, 2001 W. Walnut St., reported her purse stolen from the break room. 8: 57 p.m. A man at 2511 N. Fourth St. reported an external heating pump stolen from the residence. 11: 10 p.m. A woman on Rozell Street reported her husband hit her.
