BENTONVILLE - The Ambassadors for Christ Academy Concert Choir proved once again that hard work pays off.

The choir, which includes selected students from grades 8–12, traveled to Austin, Texas, on April 5 to participate in the Association of Christian Schools International choir competition.

ACSI music judges each awarded the choir with the highest possible mark, superior.

The choir will present a concert of the songs performed at the contest, in addition to others, at 6: 30 p.m. Saturday, April 26.

After they sing, choir members will serve dessert. The ACA drama team will then present "Dr. Faustus."

Childcare will be provided during the drama for children under 10.

Tickets for the concert and drama presentation are $ 5 per person and include dessert and coffee, tea, or milk. Admission is free for children age 4 and under.

Proceeds will help offset the expenses incurred by the choir for its trip to Austin.

Ambassadors for Christ Academy is located at 8579 W. Ford Springs Road, off Benton County Road 40, in Bentonville.

Call 273-5635 to reserve tickets.
