Sara Bergman, a certified instructor of "Yoga in Chairs for People with Multiple Sclerosis," will conduct free classes for anyone diagnosed with MS.
Classes will be offered at 5: 30 p.m. Oct. 6, Nov. 10, 17 and 24, and Dec. 1. All sessions will take place at Mercy Medical Center in Physicians Plaza, Suite 203, in Rogers.
