Hi-Scots breakfast The Hi-Scots Golf Group will have its fall breakfast Oct. 29 at Papa Mike's at The Highlands. Registration is at 9: 30 a. m., with breakfast served at 10 a.m.
Last day of play is Oct. 29 at the Highlands Golf Course. The first tee time will be at 12: 30 p.m. Members may sign up for the first day of winter play, which is Nov. 5.
Breakfast costs $ 7 per person. Checks should be mailed to Anita Ebert, 1 Winchester Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715 by Oct. 27.
Questions may be directed to Ebert, 876-1279. Men's 9-hole banquet The Bella Vista Men's Ninehole Golf Association has scheduled its fall banquet for Oct. 29 at Riordan Hall.
A social hour will begin at 5 p. m., and dinner will be at 6 p.m. Cost to members is $ 3.
Envelopes for reservations will be available in the Kingswood pro shop. Last day to sign up is Wednesday, Oct. 22. Women's 9-hole brunch The Bella Vista Women's Ninehole Golf Club will end its season with a brunch Oct. 27 at Riordan Hall. Registration begins at 9 a. m., with the meal at 9: 30 a.m.
Prepaid reservations are required. The $ 10-per-person fee should be mailed to Mary Jo Owens, 55 Melinda Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72714. Deadline is Oct. 22.
The meeting will include the election of officers for the 2009 season. The slate includes Phyllis Munster, president; Andrea Jackson, vice president; Elaine Patton, secretary; and Pam Reed, treasurer.
Dues for 2009 will be collected from those who wish to join early in order to participate in the holein-one competition over the winter.
The nine-hole club plays each Monday morning, from April through October, alternating between the Kingswood and Berksdale golf courses. Ladies of all skill levels are welcome.
Anyone who may be interested in playing next season is invited to attend the brunch to learn more about the organization and meet other golfers. Members must be Bella Vista property owners and have a Property Owners Association activity card.
