Work Day Is Planned At Hobbs State Park

Hobbs State Park east of Rogers will observe National Public Lands Day Saturday, September 27, at the Maintenance Complex area located on War Eagle Road just south of Highway 12.
Projects will include trail / shoreline cleanup at the Van Winkle Mill Site, the guided trail tours, general trail maintenance and painting park gates, signs, etc.
This project will enable persons interested in helping maintain and improve the park. They are asked to bring snacks, lunch, water, etc. For information contact Christina Welch, 789-2380, by Sept. 13.
