Bell Cow: Largemouth bass good on plastics. Catfish fair on dough baits and live baits. Crappie good on minnows and jigs, especially at night. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Carl Blackwell: Elevation normal, water 82 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms. Crappie fair on jigs at 18-20 feet. Catfish good on all types of bait. Striped bass hybrids and saugeye fair trolling with crankbaits off of main lake points. Report submitted by Jon Cunningham, game warden stationed in Payne County.

Chandler: Bass fair on plastics. Catfish fair on dough baits and stinkbaits. Crappie fair on minnows. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: Elevation 2 feet above normal, water murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs near submerged structure 10-15 feet. Channel catfish good on rod and reel, juglines with shad, stinkbait and worms. Channel and flathead catfish good below the dam on fresh cut or live shad, worms and chicken livers. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Eucha: Elevation 1 / 4 feet above normal, water 81 and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush and structure at 10-12 feet. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits at night. Bluegill continue to be active on crickets and worms. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa Fisheries.

Fort Gibson: Elevation 8 1 / 2 feet and dropping, water 83 and murky. Largemouth bass good on salt crawls and stinkbaits at 3 feet around brush and rocks early and late. White bass good above the dam trolling with jigs, crankbaits, long tail baits, split tail jigs and bucktail jigs. Crappie good below the dam on jigs, minnows and bucktail jigs. Catfish good on juglines with cut baits and drifting shad; excellent on trotlines with shad and sunfish. Report submitted by Marvin Stanley, game warden stationed in Wagoner County.

Greenleaf: Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and spinnerbaits in creek channels and weed beds. Catfish good on stinkbaits and cut baits on bottom. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at fishing docks and brush structure. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

Hudson: Elevation normal. Largemouth bass fair on plastics around points and coves. Channel and blue catfish excellent on cut shad in the upper end of the lake. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes Counties.

Hulah: Elevation 6 feet above normal, water murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs near submerged structure at 10-15 feet. Channel catfish fair on cut shad. Channel and blue catfish also fair below the dam on live or fresh cut shad. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Kaw: Elevation 18 feet above normal, water 85 and muddy. Blue and channel catfish fair using cut shad, worms, grasshoppers and stinkbait from Coon Creek to Traders Bend. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs under bridges at 12-15 feet. White bass fair using jigs, Kastmaster spoons and slabs under bridges. Keystone: Elevation 9 feet above normal, water muddy. Largemouth bass fair on plastics at 3-6 feet in flooded cover. Smallmouth bass slow on crankbaits at 6-12 feet around points. Spotted bass fair on spinnerbaits and plastics at 4-8 feet along steep rocky banks. White bass fair on minnows at 6-12 feet below the dam and under bridges. Striped bass fair on bucktails and swim baits at 3-6 feet below the dam. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver and worms at 4-8 feet in creeks. Blue catfish good on cut shad and punch baits at 6-12 feet in mouths of creeks.
