Developers announce Ruskin Heights architects Ruskin Heights, a traditional neighborhood development in east Fayetteville, announced its list of architects. Homes available in the first phase of Ruskin Heights include 20 singlefamily home lots, seven cottage homes, 17 townhomes, 11 live / works, two carriage homes and 20 village flats. The neighborhood embodies the principles of New Urbanism or Traditional Neighborhood Design by providing a wide range of homes in a walkable, mixed-use environment and will include a total of 295 residential units, and 58, 500 square feet of retail space.
