Cynthia Rose Marion of Conway and Courtney Monzell McKamie Silkwood of Fayetteville plan to marry at 5: 30 p.m. Oct. 11, 2008, at the Inn at Carnall Hall in Fayetteville.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Sally and Cecil Marion of Conway. She is the granddaughter of Olga and the late Leo Crawford of Delray Beach, Fla., and the late Ellenor and Cecil Marion.
She has an associate degree in science from NorthWest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville and is pursuing a master's degree in elementary education at the University of Arkansas. She works at the Smile Center in Springdale.
The prospective groom is the son of Gloria McKamie Silkwood and James Silkwood, both of Fayetteville. He is the grandson of Frances and the late Edward McKamie of Falcon and Adna and the late Monzell Silkwood of El Dorado.
He is a services specialist at Pacmac, Inc.
