FHS golf squads top Har-Ber , Van Buren

The Fayetteville Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs golf squads played well Monday, defeating Har-Ber and Van Buren at Fayetteville Country Club.
Fayetteville girls shot a 120 to Har-Ber's 145 and Van Buren's 154. Fayetteville boys shot 158 to Har-Ber's 170 and Van Buren's 187.
Bulldog Blake Beardon shot a one-under 35 on the front nine to take medalist honors in the boys division, while Ema Lavy shot an even par 35 on the back nine for girls medalist honors.
Fayetteville's JV boys shot a 172 to edge Har-Ber with a 177.
Fayetteville returns to play Thursday at Bentonville.
