GAELIC FOOTBALL • The Northwest Arkansas Rovers Gaelic football team seeks new players in preparation for the 2009 season. Gaelic football is a fast-paced sport from Ireland that vaguely resembles a cross between soccer, rugby and basketball. The Rovers compete in the North American County Board against clubs such as Little Rock, Kansas City, and St. Louis. Training is co-ed and suitable for a wide range of ages. Some games will be played co-ed as well. There is no cost to play and no travel requirements though participation with the travel team would be appreciated.
