PAGNOZZI CHARITIES • The 17 th Annual Tom Pagnozzi Charity Golf Tournament, Banquet and Sports Memorabilia Auction will be held Oct. 16-18. The event will kick off Oct. 16 with a four-person scramble golf tournament at Fayetteville Country Club. Morning and afternoon flights will take place on Oct. 17. Golf teams are available and are $ 800 per team, or $ 200 for an individual. On Oct. 18, the banquet and sports memorabilia auction will be held at the Fayetteville Town Center at 6 p.m. Former Arkansas track and field athlete Mike Conley Sr. will be the guest speaker. Tickets are $ 35 and tables are $ 500 and $ 1, 000. All proceeds raised will benefit the Pagnozzi Youth Sports Scholarship Fund. NWA 11 U BASEBALL • An 11-and-under Northwest Arkansas USSSA Competitive Baseball Team is seeking baseball players for the 2009 season. The focus of this team is to teach the fundamentals of the game, which will include an emphasis on team concept, attitude, discipline and competition.
