FHS girls win, boys lose in golf tussle at Bentonville

The Fayetteville girls golf team was dominant on Thursday in its 113-™ victory at Bentonville.
Medalist Emma Lavy fired a 1-under 35, her third straight round under par. Lindsey Parks led the Lady Tigers with a 41.
In varsity boys action, Fayetteville's Blake Bearden and Bentonville's Brick Brauberger tied for medalist honors with ever-par 36 s. But it was Bentonville that came out on top in the team game, winning 162-178.
The Fayetteville teams return to the course Tuesday at Siloam Springs.
