Biloxi Blues by Neil Simon, directed by Rick Pierson, will be held Oct. 2-5.

Winner of the Best Play 1985 Tony Award, this is Chapter Two in the continuing saga of Eugene Morris Jerome, alter ego of the youthful Neil Simon. For the first time, Eugene confronts the degradation of anti Semitism and falls in love.

Coalessence Festival The 1, 600-acre Lake Leatherwood Park will be the site of the Coalessence Festival, described as "uplifting the vibration of the planet with three days of music, health and consciousness."

The event begins at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, and concludes at 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5. Two stages will give attendees nearly constant access to speakers, music, yogis, writers, dancers and more. Tickets and further information are available online at www. coalessencefest. com.

Fall Festival Oct. 4, Main Street Rogers plans three events as part of its fourth annual Fall Festival coming to Historic Downtown Rogers. DesignWorks invites your family to design a frightful holiday yard decoration at its Build-a-Scarecrow event. The first 200 families who come by Frisco Park between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. will receive supplies to assemble their own scarecrow. The Rogers Farmers Market will hold their fifth annual Pumpkin Fest from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Downtown Hay Ride, offered by Farmers Insurance-McLeod Agency, will pick up passengers at Frisco Stage and take them on a tour of Rogers'brick-lined downtown streets. Stop by between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. For more information, call Main Street Rogers at 936-5487. Civil War event at Pea Ridge Pea Ridge National Military Park will be the site of a rare fall Civil War Preservation Trust workday on Oct. 4. This event will take place at the Clemon's House site and will involve removing all traces of the 20 th century from the area and rebuilding the foundation of the historic Clemon's House.

Due to the confined area around the house site, the event is limited to 50 people on a first come, first served basis.
