Military Park Pea Ridge National Military Park will hold two events on Nov. 8. Starting at 7: 30 a. m., the second annual Lipton Tea Healthy Parks-Healthy Living 5 K Run and a shorter Fun Walk will begin followed at 10 a. m. by the ninth annual National Parks America Tour event. Poker tournament Northwest Arkansas Animal Rescue is having a Texas Hold’em poker tournament Nov. 8. to help raise funds for a mobile spay-neuter clinic, cover NWAAR operating costs and to protect animals. The tournament will be held at the Rogers-Bentonville Elk’s Lodge BPOE No. 2144, 501 S. 40 th St., Rogers. Tournament play will be limited to the first 100 players. The lodge will be open for entrants at 1 p. m. Ticket purchase is $ 50 at the door. Rogers Little Theater Rogers Little Theater’s second MainStage play of the season, “ You can’t Take It With You” will be presented Nov. 7, 8, 14-16 and 20-23 at The Victory Theater, 116 S. Second St., in downtown Rogers. This comedy classic by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman tells the hilarious story of the zany Sycamore family, their eccentric friends, and their weird and strange activities. Showtime is 8 p. m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p. m. on Sundays. For those who purchase dinner theater tickets, dining begins one hour prior to curtain. Tickets are $ 42 for dinner and show. Nov. 13, 9 a. m. to 8 p. m. Nov. 14 and 9 a. m. to 4 p. m. Nov. 15. Tickets are $ 5 in advance or at the door. Children under 12 admitted free.
