All-Star School at JBU The 18 th annual All-Star Soccer School will take place June 22-26 on the campus of John Brown University in Siloam Springs.
Campers ages 9 to 18 will take part in four full days of soccer instruction, games and other activities. The All-Star Soccer School is directed by Bob Gustavson, coach of the John Brown University Golden Eagles soccer team.
Along with Gustavson, outstanding college, high school and youth coaches as well as college and professional players will conduct sessions. Cost for the camp is $ 455 for residential campers and $ 305 for day campers, which includes all meals, camp T-shirt, a soccer ball, awards and instruction. A half-day camp (8: 30 a.m. to noon ) for ages 9 to 11 only is available for $ 135.

Overnight camp is scheduled June 22-25 for grades 5-12. Cost is $ 325 and cost for commuters is $ 275.
Skills camp is scheduled June 30-July 3. Grades 1-4 will run from 9 a.m. until noon and is $ 135. Roger Crafton Memorial golf event The Optimist Club of Rogers will host the 11 th annual Roger Crafton Memorial Golf Tournament on June 27 at Lost Springs Golf Club in Rogers. Times each day are 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (grades K through 5 ) and 10: 30 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. (6 and 7 ). Kindergarten through fifth-grade camp will be divided into divisions for K-2 and 3-5.

Heritage War Eagles Wrestling Camp Heritage High School will host a wrestling camp July 7-11 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for middle school and high school athletes to learn the technique that is successful in amateur wrestling and the system used at Heritage High School. The camp will concentrate on spiralrotary ride, outside-leg standup, standing defense and single- and double-leg takedowns.
The camp will be held at the Heritage High Wrestling Room at the Blackie Bond facility. Cost is $ 40 for pre-registration before June 25. Late registration (at the door ) will be $ 50. Hoop-in' It Up Basketball Camp The 2008 Hoop-in'It Up Basketball Camps are being held in conjunction with both the Rogers High School and Heritage High School basketball programs July 8-11.
The camps will be held at W. E. King Arena on the Rogers High School campus. Each camper will receive a camp basketball and T-shirt.
Individual competitions and awards will be presented at the conclusion of each camp.
