Two homecoming parades a possibility in Rogers

Jack Mitchell band to perform Jack Mitchell and his band will perform at 3 p.m. Sept. 7 at the Arend Arts Center. The concert, “September Song,” will benefit Village House Adult Day program in Bella Vista.
