Council calls for survey

Public transportation from Pea Ridge to Bentonville and Rogers is being discussed by the City Council, but councilmen want to know if there is any public interest before they commit city money to the project.

"Since the medical center closed," said Mayor Jackie Crabtree," this is needed even more."
"Why don't we do a survey or provide it on a trial basis like three to six months," asked council member Bob Cottingham.
